We are a Spirit filled church, as evidenced by the testimonies of life transformations, and signs and wonders. This is a life changing ministry where the power of God flows freely. Most importantly, we believe that our most effective ministries go beyond the four walls. We are Christ’s hands extended.

Community Impact

We are committed to serving our community! We are listed as a local Food Pantry for the Tidewater area. Our Education Department sponsors “I’ve Got Your Back”;  our annual back to school drive. Our Evangelism Team witnesses biweekly via our Faith Walkers ministry.

About Our Pastor

Elder Thoroughgood is the product of the legacy left by his great grandfather, the late Pastor Charles Thourogood and grandfather, the late Pastor John T. Thourogood, Sr. His greatest desire is to continue to have his will bound with the will of the Father.
